RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you’re enjoying your purchase. However, if there is an issue with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit or exchange. 

Because the majority of items that we sell are cosmetic products they cannot be resold or used after they have been opened/purchased, so we do not offer full refunds on these items unless there is a quality issue, which is decided at our sole discretion. 

Cosmetic Items:

  • Items that have leaked during shipping due to a damaged container are eligible for a replacement of the same product only. 

  • Products with a quality issue are eligible for full refund at our sole discretion. 

  • All other returns are only eligible for 50% refund and must be 80% full.  

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges

Non-cosmetic items (branded merchandise, shirts, hats etc)

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase

  • Items must have original packaging and tags attached

  • Items must be free of dirt or stains

  • Items must be in NEW UNWORN condition 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must meet the conditions listed above, with all original tags and labels attached. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us at rachel@saltcitybarbershop(dot)com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

If you wish to bring a return into the store please contact us for instructions.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement after that period, depending on your credit card company. Wasatch Barber Shop has no control over how your bank issues refunds. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

     ●     Items that are less than 80% full (unless they are damaged in shipping)

     ●     Items with a purchase date beyond 30 days ago

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a replacement product.

     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

     ●     Must have valid reason for return (damaged or defective quality products only)

     ●     Returns, credits and exchanges will be at our sole discretion

     ●     Maximum allowed refund amount is 50% of purchase price
